Refund policy
Hygiene & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on underwear that are:
• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging, with hygiene seals fully intact
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns of worn, tried-on, or washed items, or any items with damaged or removed hygiene seals.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll offer:
• A full refund, replacement, or store credit
• Return postage covered by us
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
How to Return
1. Email returns@sensored.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return form.
3. Repackage items securely with all original tags and hygiene labels intact.
4. Return using a tracked postal service (we’re not responsible for lost returns).
Refunds
• Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return.
• Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• We’ll email you when your refund is processed.
Terms & Conditions
• Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition with original packaging and hygiene seals intact.
• Non-compliant returns will not be accepted and may be returned to you.
• Sale items may be exchange-only unless faulty.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
