From July 1, 2026, a new EU customs regulation introduces a flat €3 fee on all low-value imports. We'll add this charge at checkout so there are no surprises at delivery.
The fee is calculated by product category, not item count. Order multiple items from one category and you pay €3 once. Mix categories and you'll pay €3 per category.
Keep in mind: this fee goes directly to EU Customs and cannot be refunded if you return items later. It's separate from your standard order refund.
